Ideally located, it is close to shops, restaurants, the airport, and offers direct access to the sea.

A Paul bakery is located in the same building, perfect for enjoying breakfast with fresh croissants and baguettes.

The studio features a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine, as well as separate toilets. You will also have access to a TV and Wi-Fi.

A baby cot can be provided upon request. Bed linen and towels are included.

The apartment is about 20 minutes from the airport by bus (line 9), with a bus stop right in front of the building.

You can also arrive by car and find parking in nearby streets. A bike-sharing station is available just outside the apartment, as well as bike and electric bike rentals, rosalies and karts within 5 minutes.

Regarding the beaches: pebble beaches with breakwaters, supervised in summer, equipped with showers and toilets, and many seaside restaurants (Le Jardin Gourmand, Avéa Beach Lounge, La Spiaggia…).
